Christian Moerlein-Pacer Citra Pale Ale
Pacer packs an explosive punch of citrus aromatics and tropical fruit flavors backed by an easy-drinking pale body. Slight herbal notes are complemented by a burst of grapefruit and melon from an abundant dry-hopping of Citra hops, creating a pale ale that sets the pace.

DogBerry-Burning Bridges Smoked IPA
Deep Gold in color and bursting with smoky aroma, Burning Bridges is met with a rich mouthfeel and a clean mild bitterness. A solid dose of Cherrywood Smoked Malt brings a complexity to the palate invoking notes of sharp, bright hops and balanced with the rich depth of bacon and smoke. This beer is not your typical IPA, approach this brew with a hearty snack and enjoy the layers of flavor within.
Deep copper in color with a light malty mouthfeel, DogBerry’s Mild is a classic example of a classic British brew. Notes of subtle toffee and caramel shine through this beer with just a touch of classic Noble Hop aroma.
DogBerry-There it Gose
DogBerry’s take on an old world, German classic. There it Gose carries a bright tartness contributed by acidulated malt and the fresh fruits we brewed with. Accompanying that tartness is a perfect balance of sea salt and coriander. This may just be the perfect summer quencher, light, bright and perfect for a warm afternoon’s drinking session.
FigLeaf-Basmati Cream Ale
This Cream Ale uses basmati rice to impart a subtle yet distinct almost white-popcorn basmati aromatic note. Grounded by a base of Pilsner malt and just enough Liberty hops to balance, this beer was designed to be a nuanced exercise in simplicity.
FigLeaf-Dark Side of the Sun Black Lager
Dark Side of the Sun is a black lager featuring complex flavor up front with a clean lager finish, perfect for warm weather.
Inviting orange-lime citrus & light herbal aromatics. Initial orange citrus & peel on the palate with underlying peach & peach-skin notes. Delicate bready malt underneath with faint honey tones. Soft herbal & faint pine flavors throughout. Medium-light body lends drinkability. Balanced but assertive clean bitterness that lingers slightly into the finish. An IPA balanced for indulgence while maintaining one’s innocence.
An exercise in subtlety, pouring a deep golden color. Subtle nutty notes gently layered over top a background of classic English pale malt base. Soft British-style yeast esters lightly offset the breadier malty notes. Dry finish. An easy drinking session pint.
This English inspired porter utilizes 100% English malts and classic ESB ale yeast. Look for layers of rich chocolate, mild toffee and dark caramel notes.
FigLeaf-Pride of Cin-Day British Best Bitter
This British Bitter has restrained toffee and nutty malt character initially, which increases as the beer warms, becoming most expressive at traditional British ale temperatures – 48F to 54F. It has clean, assertive bitterness, with implied spicy herbal notes. Finishes dry, with some lingering bitterness.
Municipal Brew Works-Approachable Blonde
Smooth, crisp, and well-rounded, this American blonde ale is simply an easy drinker. A perfect introduction to craft beers for the uninitiated and those not looking for big hops or robust stouts.
Municipal Brew Works-Free City Amber Ale
Sweet, clean malts out front give way to a balancing dose of spicy hops on the back end that make this an easy drinking, tasty and fun brew.
Municipal Brew Works-Our Two Cents Pale Ale
Our Two Cents Pale Ale uses all centennial hops that’s more indicative of an India Pale Ale but the lower IBU (bitterness value) keeps it at a pale ale. However, at 6.8% alcohol by volume, it’s almost an Imperial Pale Ale.
Cider fermented to amplify the fragrance and essence of the apples whilst achieving a delightful, lip-smacking dryness.
This bright blonde ale shines a brilliant malt character. Born of breezes, captured sunlight and whifle, this beer is a balanced yet dry siren whose first sip calls for the third. Hopped with arguable restraint with Crystal and Bravo hops, Cougar stays fierce enough to raise eyebrows yet is tame enough to be called sessionable.
Rhinegeist-Mosaic Pale Ale
This single hopped Pale Ale detonates upon the palate with a brilliant array of dank, tropical fruit, grapefruit blossom, mandarin orange and blueberries. Golden Promise malt provides a clean base — a kaleidoscope of flavor delivered with the simplest of recipes.
Brewed with a nod to the Pacific, hops sizzle with tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit and mango notes and a dry finish.
