Premier Sponsor  $4000 – one exclusive sponsorship available

Premier Sponsor $4000 Includes logo/name on all Festival advertising including: print, billboard on Oxford Millville Rd or HWY 27, direct mail, emails, website and social media: banner on the main stage in the park (when sponsorship secured by 3/13/17), vendor booth (if desired), onsite recognition and six tickets to the event.

Music Sponsor  $1500 – one exclusive sponsorship available

Includes music schedules displayed onsite, opportunity for your own banner to be hung on the main stage in the park, a vendor booth (if desired), extensive website and social media advertising, logo on event posters (when sponsorship secured by 3/13/17), onsite recognition and four tickets to the event.

Culinary Demonstration Sponsor  $1500 – one exclusive sponsorship available

Includes culinary demo schedules displayed onsite, signage on the culinary tent, opportunity for your own banner to be hung on the main stage in the park, extensive website and social media advertising, logo on event posters (when sponsorship secured by 3/13/17), a vendor booth (if desired), onsite recognition and four tickets to the event.

Check-in Booth Sponsor  $1500 – Multiple sponsorships available

Includes two prominent signs on the specified tent, website and social media advertising, logo on event posters (when sponsorship secured by 3/13/17), onsite recognition and four tickets to the event.

Table Sponsor  $200 – Multiple sponsorships available

Company logo/name placed on a prominent table on the stage lawn at the event, listing on website and two tickets to the event.

Vendor Booth: Tent provided $500, No Tent Provided $350 – Multiple spaces available

Booth and signage, listing on website and two tickets to the event. Booth size is 10 foot x 10 foot with a 6 foot covered table and two chairs provided. Electrical hookup available.

Food Vendor $250 – Multiple spaces available

Booth and signage, listing on website and two tickets to the event. Booth size is 10 foot x 10 foot with a 6 foot covered table and two chairs provided. Cooking vendors –note fee includes basic health department license. Electrical hookup available.

Artisan: Tent provided $175, No Tent Provided $100 – Multiple spaces available

Booth and signage. Booth size is 10 foot x 10 foot with a 6 foot covered table and two chairs provided.

Company logo is due by April 13, 2017 for signage and website! Logo must be EPS, JPG or PDF format and at least 1MB or larger in file size. Email artwork to president@oxfordchamber.org

If sponsorship includes banner on main stage, banners must be delivered to Oxford Chamber office by May 16.

Payment in Full is due by April 13, 2016. Checks payable to: Oxford Chamber of Commerce, 30 W. Park Place, 2nd Floor, Oxford, OH 45056 . Visa, Mastercard or Discover accepted at the Chamber Office.
