Books & Brews – Clifford, Red Ale
Clifford is a strong, roasty, and satisfying full-bodied Irish Red Ale. It’s big body and red hue make for the perfect malt bomb. It’s flavor may be mild, but the high ABV puts the fight back into the dog.
Books & Brews – Cream & Punishment, Cream Ale
Cream & Punishment is a light, smooth, and delicious drinking ale. The choicest ingredients give it’s great taste and golden color. The perfect lawnmower beer for a hot summer day.
Books & Brews – Nancy, Pale Ale
Nancy is the perfect brew for the hop-head looking for a ton of tropical flavor – mango, passion fruit, and papaya. Nancy has a little bit of a stronger malt backbone than you’d normally see in a Pale Ale in order to hold up to the massive dry-hopping additions.
Christian Moerlein – Big Hazy, Hazy IPA
Kick back, let your hair down and enjoy. There is no turning back; you’re in IPA country now. This mind expanding IPA has an orange haze from an addition of apricot to the kettle. A cosmic blend of Pacific Northwest hops infuses passion and mango fruit aromas. Raise a cold one to the good times, even if they’re a bit hazy!
Christian Moerlein – Original Lager, Lager
In 1981 Moerlein’s Select Lager paved the way for craft beers as one of the first craft lagers in the USA. With a blend of Vienna and select specialty malts, this copper colored lager is brewed to pay homage to Moerlein’s Original Lager of the 1850s. Mellow malty notes with a lightly toasted character and floral noble hops lead you to a clean and crisp finish.
Christian Moerlein – Strawberry Banana Pig, Cream Ale
Each spring Moerlein honors Cincinnati’s historical nickname “Porkopolis,” by brewing a small batch of our favorite cream ale recipe, affectionately named “Strawberry Pig.” The resulting beer was so unique that bartenders began creating blends of the beer to share. One such creation was a mix of Strawberry Pig and the award winning Se7en Hefeweizen that created a strawberry banana ale referred to as Piggyweizen. The creation was such a smashing success with its refreshing light body, summer hefe Haze and fruity finish that we bring you Strawberry Banana Pig.
Country Boy – Halfway Home, Pale Ale
This is the carrot on the string. The reminder that you are halfway home to that well deserved reward. It’s time to buckle down and get the job done because this easy drinking pale pairs well with gumption, hard work, and good old stick-to-itiveness.
Country Boy – Key Lime Cougar Bait, Key-lime Blonde
Good fishermen know it’s important to change their bait every now and then. A new twist to an old favorite can make all the difference. This American Blonde Ale brewed with Key Lime is the perfect addition to your tackle box, whatever you may be fishing for.
Country Boy – Shotgun Wedding, Brown Ale
Go ahead. Pop the top. Do something spontaneous. This light brown ale aged on real vanilla beans is sure to become one of your favorites. Just enough malt to balance the sweetness of the vanilla. Shotgun wedding is a decision that you’ll never regret.
FigLeaf – Basmati, Cream Ale
This Cream Ale uses basmati rice to impart a subtle yet distinct almost white-popcorn basmati aromatic note. Grounded by a base of Pilsner malt and just enough Liberty hops to balance, this beer was designed to be a nuanced exercise in simplicity.
FigLeaf – Wee Little Laddie, Irish Red
Bring on the malt and say goodbye to the bitterness with this Wee Little Laddie. A great beer for those who want full flavor without the hoppy finish.
Lake Rat – Brew Juice, NE DIPA
Brew Juice is a fruit bomb of sweet hop nectar, backed by light malt flavors.
Lake Rat – Kabrew, Kolsch
This beer is light in color but not in flavor. The hybrid fermentation style of a kolsch yields a full character accompanied by a slightly dry, crisp finish.
Lake Rat – Lou Brew, Session IPA
Perfect for all day activities. A blend of dank, juicy, floral, and mild bitter hops is showcased atop a light, soft malt body.
Lock 27 – Lock Tender Golden Ale, Golden Ale

Lock 27 – Waterway American Wheat, Wheat
Waterway, our American Wheat Ale, honors our American roots. Easy to drink. Clean and crisp with a refreshing citrus flavor brought by Michigan Tahoma hops.
Municipal – Approachable Blonde, Blonde
Smooth, crisp, and well-rounded, this American blonde ale is simply an easy drinker. A perfect introduction to craft beers for the uninitiated and those not looking for big hops or robust stouts.
Municipal – Orange Agave Blonde, Orange Blonde
What could make the Approachable Blonde even better? Adding orange zest and blue agave just might be the ticket. The infusion of citrus and sweet is sure to hit home with those who prefer their beer with an orange slice.
Municipal – Scout IPA, IPA
The color of unfiltered honey and the aroma of fresh tangerines greet you before the amazingly dank and citrus-filled one-two punch of Mosaic and Citra hops hits your taste buds. A true mosaic of flavors make up this beer’s profile as hints of orange peel and kumquats greet you up front while the bite of grapefruit and pine resin make up the encore. An IPA lover’s dream, this beer is sure to please even the most hardened hopheads of the world.
Northern Row – Amber, Amber
Northern Row’s Amber, true to its style, is defined by its strong malt flavor and deep red color.

Rhinegeist – Spring Grove Innovation 30, Gosé
Gosé with peach and blueberry
Rhinegeist – Truth, IPA
Brewed with a nod to the Pacific, hops sizzle with tropical fruit aroma, grapefruit and mango notes and a dry finish.
Sonder – Blanc, Belgian Wit
Using a true Belgian yeast strain, this beer is the definition of balance. Spices that are curated located, accented by a gentle fruity zest, and bright acidity that leaves your mouth watering.
Sonder – You Betcha!, NE IPA
Using a judicious amount of Citra and Vic Secret hops, this beer is juicy, hazy, with loads of tropical fruits such as mango, papaya, pineapple, and a tinge of citrus. A soft and creamy texture is cleaned out with a refreshing bitterness at the end.
Sonder – Zauber, German Zwickel
A traditional German style that is rarely produced in the states. Similar to a Kellerbier, this beer has a great mouth-feel, breads-like malts, and gentle noble hops to really give some balance to this delicate yet refreshing beer.
